I did it with no expectation. Then I read the post. So, I did it a second time, this time intending to remember a brilliant (ha) idea I had during my mediation and then promptly forgot. About halfway into the hand dance I remembered. Was it because I had set the intention, because I simply stopped or because of the hand dance? I don't know but it's just such fun - I'm going to try it again. Ok, first of all – this was fun & it made me laugh – which is always good. I did it with no expectation. Then I read the post.
