I love love love that you told me your whole process, here! :-) Who knows why we sometimes have an &quot;aha&quot; in the middle of the dance...but I appreciate your noticing that the laughter and fun is actually the main point. Glad that hand dance gave you a smile (especially in the midst of your wrecked journal crisis -- sorry about that!).</description>

		<description>Ok, first of all - this was fun &amp; it made me laugh - which is always good.  I did it with no expectation.  Then I read the post.  So, I did it a second time, this time intending to remember a brilliant (ha) idea I had during my mediation and then promptly forgot.  About halfway into the hand dance I remembered.  Was it because I had set the intention, because I simply stopped or because of the hand dance?  I don&#039;t know but it&#039;s just such fun - I&#039;m going to try it again.</description>
